Western São Paulo (Cretaceous)


Since 2001, the PaleoLab has been conducting field trips to the Cretaceous rocks of the Bauru Group in western São Paulo, including areas near Álvares Machado, Catanduva, Flórida Paulista, General Salgado, Ibirá, Jales, Pirapozinho, among many others. Among the recovered fossils, dinosaurs, crocodiles, and turtles have been found.
